2022 Ponca Sixth Graders Earn President’s Education Award
Launch the media gallery 1 playerPonca sixth grade students, Brooks Kephart, Mason Schweers, and Brennan Statema were awarded the 2022 President’s Education Award in a third through sixth grade assembly at Ponca Public School on Friday, May 13, 2022.
The President’s Education Award was established to encourage students to achieve high academic standards by recognizing and rewarding them for educational excellence. Students must earn a grade point average of 90% or higher and achieve a score in the 85th percentile or higher in math or reading on the standardized achievement test (MAPS Test) given by the school.
