We Have a Goal and We NEED your HELP!

Be sure to make arrangements to donate blood to the Lifeserve Blood Center next Thursday, October 29, 2015, at Ponca School from 9:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.  The P.H.S. Student Council is sponsoring this blood drive during Red Ribbon Week as a healthy activity that highlights community service.

Our goal is to help the blood bank collect at least 50 units of blood products.  We want to get at least 15 new donors this year.

Here is how you can make that happen:

You must be in good health.

You must weigh at least 110 pounds.

You must not have donated within the past 56 days.

You will need a photo i.d.

You should eat a healthy breakfast before donating.
