Requesting an official transcript:

Launch the media gallery 1 player

Please use the following steps that will allow officials at Ponca School to send official high school transcripts on your behalf.  This service is currently provided free of charge to our graduates.

1.         Go to the school web page:  www.poncaschool.org

2.         Click on "7-12 Guidance" tab

3.         Click on "Information" tab (located on the left hand column of the guidance page) at Ponca School

4.         Complete the "Transcript Request Form" (Be sure to include the mailing/email address of the educational institution/business/person to whom the transcript will be sent.)

5.         From September through May:  Email the form to the following address:

6.         From June through August:  Email the form to the following address:
