PRE-REGISTER: by filling out the following form and returning to Coach Bob Hayes, P.O. Box 275, Ponca, NE 68770 or dropping it off at the high school office by June 2nd. It is important that campers pre-register in order to guarantee a T-Shirt. If you have any questions, please call (712-490-4713)
