Wayne State Honor Band
Launch the media gallery 1 playerPonca Music Department is excited to announce the following students were selected to participate in the Wayne State Honor Band Festival on January 29th. Grace Hansen, Abby Fernau, Brady Carnell, and Matthew Lentz were selected to participate in the high school group while Addyson Chytka and Cora Jackson were selected for the junior high group. Selected for alternates are Lucas Hoesing, Chase Kastning, Aveyana Simon-Cook, Mia Krusemark, and Michael Ney. Students were selected from auditions sent in and judged against other students in Nebraska and Iowa. A concert will be open to the public starting at 4:30 pm on Saturday, January 29th.
