Common Sense Media (CSM) is a San Francisco based non-profit organization that advocates on child and family issues, and studies the effects that media and technology have on young users. Common Sense Media FREE materials are designed to empower students to think critically, behave safely, and participate responsibly in our digital world. Use their interactive SCOPE & SEQUENCE lessons that are just right for your classroom. These cross-curricular units spiral to address digital literacy and citizenship topics in an age-appropriate way. Teachers, you are able to browse by grade band or click a category to highlight lessons that address a particular topic.
