Financial Aid Meeting Scheduled at Ponca High School
On Thursday, September 12, at 6:00 P.M. a representative from EducationQuest Foundation from Omaha, Nebraska, will present a financial aid webinar for 9-12 grade students and their parents in Room #134 at Ponca School. While the first half of the meeting will contain general financial aid information that would be helpful for all students who plan to attend college; the second half of the meeting will specifically address completing the FAFSA (FREE APPLICATION for FEDERAL STUDENT ASSISTANCE) form for seniors and their parents. Since financial aid is a critical component to attend college, any student considering obtaining training after high school graduation, would benefit from this meeting. Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend. SENIORS AND PARENTS: This is an excellent, local opportunity to learn about the FAFSA process.
Please note: For the parents/guardians of softball and volleyball players who will not be able to attend this webinar on September 12, your daughter will be able to stop by the high school guidance office the following day to pick up the financial aid folder which will contain the handouts presented at the webinar.
