Preview of Building/Items: Prospective buyers may walk through the building and review items on Thursday, May 26th; Friday, May 27th; and prior to auction time on Saturday, May 28th.
Sale By Rooms: Prospective buyers will be bidding on rooms. The winning bidder will be awarded the contents of the specific room: doors, flooring, cabinetry, windows, lighting, etc.
Sale of Individual Items: The District will be selling items listed below that will be considered separate and not part of a particular room.
Plumbing and Electrical Salvage: Cooper wiring, and tubing from building will be sold off as one bid for entire building to be demolished. Must be removed by June 6th.
Removal of Purchased Items: Successful bidders will have until Friday, June 3rd to remove purchased items. The high school building is slated for demolition starting Monday, June 6th.
Ponca Class Composites Will Be Sold as Silent Auction Items: The original class composites from graduating Ponca High School Classes. Composites start with the year graduating class of 1930, and end with the class of 2010 (composite for the class of 1934 is not available). Composites are in original frames. The silent auction will begin at 8:00 am and end at 2:00 pm. LOCATION: The composites will be on tables in the West Gym.
